When I order online, when will I receive it?
Your items will be ready for collection from the uniform shop, on the first trading day after ordering. Eg. If you order your items over the weekend, on the Tuesday morning, they will be ready for collection; the same would apply to an order placed on a Monday night, the order will be available on Tuesday morning for collection.
If you have uniform items you would like to buy or sell second hand, the school has set up an online facility via The Sustainable School Shop website .
This is the school's preferred method of second hand transactions. Alternatively, if you would like to donate uniforms, please visit the school office to drop off items directly. School administration will ensure items are given to families in need.
What if I have ordered an incorrect size, style?
At the time of “pick up” we will require a proof of purchase, and a staff member will double-check that all items supplied, correspond to the order. If there is an error in picking/ordering, an exchange can take place immediately. If goods are taken home, please bring proof of purchase along with the item(s) in need of exchange, in the same condition as when purchased, and we will happily do so.
What if my uniforms have a manufacturing fault?
We will assess items on a case-by-case basis, some faults can easily be repaired, however those that cannot will be replaced. Please provide receipt/proof of purchase where possible.
